If you become aware (or suspect) of behavior that is contrary to the provisions of the Organizational Model and/or the Code of Ethics or in violation of European law (in areas such as the prevention of money laundering, privacy and data protection, network and information system security, product safety and compliance, consumer protection, etc.) and/or national regulations, you can use the Whistleblowing Channel to make a report.

The Whistleblowing Channel is a communication channel set up by the Company in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 (commonly known as the Whistleblowing Decree) and is reserved for the employees, external collaborators, clients, and suppliers of the Company who wish to report illegal conduct that has occurred within the Group’s companies, detected during their work and/or professional activities or during their legal and commercial relations with one of the Group’s companies.

The Channel is accessible only by the external party to whom the Company has assigned the task of managing reports.

Confidentiality regarding your identity will be protected at every stage of the report management process. Your identity, along with any other information that may directly or indirectly reveal it, cannot be disclosed without your express consent, except when required by law.

The Company also ensures your protection against any retaliatory and/or discriminatory actions and adopts a zero-tolerance policy towards retaliation directly or indirectly related to the report/complaint.

In any case, anonymous reports are allowed.
