For those coming from Livorno or from Rome/Grosseto

The estate is located not far from the Giuncarico exit on the SS1 Aurelia (20 km from Grosseto and 25 km from Follonica). Once you exit the SS1, continue towards Ribolla (SP20). After 7 km, at the intersection for Sticciano, turn right (Via Pian dei Bichi/SP91). The estate is on the right, 1.5 km ahead.

For those coming from the inland area and from Siena

Traveling along the Siena-Grosseto (SS223/E78), take the exit for Civitella Marittima (45 km from Siena and 30 km from Grosseto) and continue in the direction of Follonica. When you reach the junction for the town of Roccastrada, continue towards Follonica/Ribolla, and after 9 km, at a roundabout, turn left towards Grosseto/Castiglione della Pescaia (SP19). After traveling 3 km, turn right towards Ribolla, and the Rocca di Montemassi estate will be on your left after 1.5 km.
